Tired of searching through website after website trying to find the truck information you are looking for? Look no further! SilveradoSierra.com is a truck enthusiast site specifically geared towards the Chevrolet Silverado along with its GMC counterpart, the GMC Sierra. You won’t find any Ford, Dodge, Toyota, or any other kind of trucks here. In fact, you can forget about SUV’s, vans, and crossovers- you won’t find those topics of discussion here. This site was created based on the notion that people don't want to be overwhelmed with information regarding every make model under the General Motors sun. If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.
SilveradoSierra.com is a Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra truck specific site. Like our slogan says, “Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks… period”.
Why only Silverado's and Sierra's? The Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks have been essentially the same for their entire history (1999-present).The Silverado today is generally advertised as a version for the common pickup driver, while the Sierra has more luxury options with an appeal to a "professional" crowd. There are some trim and option variations as well as the engine and equipment, but the present differences are very slight. Because the differences between these two outstanding trucks are so minor, often times they are lumped into the same category and can essentially be considered the same truck. For all intensive purposes the Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra the same truck with different badges.
Models commonly discussed in the community: 1500 Regular Cab GMT800, 1500 Extended Cab, GMC Sierra C3, GMC Sierra Denali, Chevrolet Silverado SS, Silverado/Sierra Parallel Hybrid Truck or PHT, 1500HD, 2500HD, 3500, GMT900, MILCOTS (Militarized Commercial Off-The-Shelf or colloquially as the "Milverado")
