ABS problems,codes C0201 C0055 HELP

2004 chevy 2500HD 4wd 6.0L

Had my ABS and brake light come on the other day. Was having erratic shifting and the speedo was bouncing 5+mph each direction. had the lights scanned and received the codes C0055 and C0201. being a DIYer and hate paying shop rates i went to work. this truck has seen mud sand salt here in florida so a lot of the parts i replaced needed them anyways.

replaced the VSS vehicle speed sensor since code C0055 read rear wheel. When i pulled out the VSS from the Transfer-case the magnet was covered in metal shavings. i then replaced the front hub and bearing assemblies on both front wheels. Thus at the same time replacing both "WSS" wheel speed senors since they came with the new hubs.

Still having the erratic shifting and speedo jumping. So i think my problem now lies in the "EBCM" electronic brake control module. So i removed this (knowing i would be driving without ABS)and removed the 60A ABS fuze. i thought removing this would temporally correct the shifting problems, wrong. Well my EBCM is one that can not be repaired by module master or any others out there. So now i am searching for a new one. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i did and what problems my be causing the erratic shifting problems i am having?
