Some of the 2004+ F150s had similar issues rolling off the assembly line. Some of the things they did to correct the issues were

balance tires/replace tires
replace drive shaft
replace rotors

Hope that helps.

I would check all the front steering components, idler arm, pitman arm, tie rod ends, etc. If they are worn it could cause shaking when brakes are applied especially if you have oversize tires on the truck.

I think we need a more detailed explanation of this shaking.

Is it the wheels and steering that shakes or the whole truck? And it only shakes when brakes are applied? If its in the steering, that would lead me to thinks steering components are worn out, tie rod ends, pitman arm, idler arm. Crawl under front of truck, grab hold of steering cross shaft and try to move it. Should be very little play, if there is a lot of movement you go worn out steering components.

If the truck just shakes overall, don't discount the rear brakes. To test the rears, drive down the road, garb the e-brake realease with your hand and then step on the e-brake pedal. What you are doing to stopping the trucks with the rear brakes and if they are bad or the drum is bad, it may shake.

Every thing Mike (Z15) said, and one more questions...
You said you had the stock tire size, but do you have the OEM wheels, or aftermarket. If aftermarket, when did you put them on, and is that when the shaking started?

Any luck figuring this out? It would be nice to hear of a solution if you found one for future reference.

Do you feel it in the steering wheel or in the seat of your pants?
