Anybody know what or how I can fix the A/C from chattering. It sounds like there is a leaf stuck in the vent inside the cabin but I have it all apart now because I am adding Navigation and there is nothin. I do see a little sensor inside there and maybe that is what is causing the noise. Anybody have the issue or no how to fix it?

I have that same issue. I haven't tried to troubleshoot it yet but would be interested on what others say about this. I have an 03' Silvy. What years is yours??

07 nbs. It sounds like a leaf feel down in the vent and it just rattles away. You dont hear it much with the auto air because it never really goes full blast and then the radio covers the noise anyways just want to know what it is and a good way to fix it.

Sounds to me like a bearing in the blower motor went out. The nice thing about our trucks is that the blower motor is fairly simple to remove since it is behind the glove box under the right side dash.
