Had extra sender and fuel pressure regulator, so swapped them out, NO CHANGE! nice if i had a red brick or mastertech in my back pocket....any one have a simular problem? too late too run down to the local shop, may have to go to friends shop in am. anybody run into this before? tuvm in advance

How dose it run? Maybe disconect your battery for a while to see if that clears the code, also do you have any type of programer on it?

P0089 and P0090 FOUND IT!! The connector to the fuel rail regulator had a wire pushed out!!! The way it works is the computer LOWERS the fuel pressure. So an open circuit doesnt signal the solenoid to lower the fuel pressure. pressure was maxed out, over 20000 mpa. ran like crap. made funny metalic noise too. I didnt want to hear any metalic noises after putting in the crankshaft, assembling the engine, installing assy, and firing it up. was a long 3 days. beer time,,,,

The sounds are normal when the pressure is maxed out, as long as you didnt run it too long like that you will be fine
