Had a 97 Suburban loved it ----but the towing was around 7249.6lbs
Wanted a bit bigger trailed so when the chance came up for a D-MAX ..Being a Chevy man I had to go for it... I don't think I want to buy anything else ever again

Still own a 02 S-10 crew cab 4x4 274,000 miles on her (now she is driven by my 17 year daughter)
a few Camaros :)
05 Malibu
02 Saturn

in the past I don't think there is enough room I could start with my 4 Cylnder Vega
than to the V-8 Vegas than ............

What I like about this place is if I want to know something I just ask. I have been on other diesel sites that treat you like an idiot for asking questions. Not everybody is an expert, some of us are just people looking for knowledge. Love my 6.6 , way more then my 6.5 !

Want a little constructive criticism? I have seen new members post questions that get ignored in the past, not sure the reasoning behind it but if a guys first couple of posts don't get a good response then they tend to not come back. The forum would do better if they went out of their way to make new members feel more welcome.

...Our mods are on the forums constantly policing them to keep the threads at a professional, and friendly level. SS does not tolerate member bashing or any kind of hostile enviroment... period. Our other engine threads are doing great, but we need to grow our diesel forum and fill it with experienced, knowledgeable diesel enthusiasts. We want to be the place to come for all your diesal questions. Get the word out!
