Gotcha. I like the idea of DRL, so I was going to wire in the DRL to Fog conversion and not worry about the lowbeams coming on in the daytime. So now I guess its hurry up and wait for my shipment from China!

That's the one thing I wish they would change.. Waiting 3 weeks is just stupid when you can order elsewhere and wait 3 days.

carsonhowe22 wrote:Yes, but I believe if you order a 55W kit you will have to wait a while for delivery since they will ship those from their warehouse in China. Took 2 weeks to get mine. That may be for all of their HID kits though, I'm not positive.

My 35w kit came from China...took about a week and a half. I ordered a second set of bulbs (separate order) and it did the same. FWIW.

So far it's been 8 business days since I've ordered mine, and they're still in the "origin post is preparing shipment" phase... Haven't even entered the US yet.

Ordered mine on the 25th. Looks like it left China on the 26th, and the most recent update was that it was processed in NY. Hoping only a few more days...

For those of you running HIDs in the fog lights what are you using for wattage? I've been reading and seen some say 35W or 25W? I really want to stay away from melting the housing, I delt with that on my 4 wheeler and it wasn't a cheap fix so I would like to stay away from that on the truck. I've been looking at ddmtuning but they only list a 35w for the fogs are those good to go without melting issues or should i look else where for a 25w pair? Thanks for the help guys!!!

I think 35W would be fine but I would get 25W just to be safe

Ok, looks like 13 days later, I will get my HID kit tomorrow! Where has everybody been mounting the ballasts? Not really concerned that they are hidden, just want them to look neat. I am running a second battery, if that makes a difference...
