Another Brake/turn signal/hazard light issue

New issue with my truck. It is a 1999 K2500 which is still the older body style. I got in it yesterday and I have no turn signals or hazards (not even a clicking noise). Also, when I hit the brake, both turn signal indicators light up on the dash. Headlights and marker lights work normal. I checked all the fuses and they are good. I have read a few topics on the non-functioning hazards and turn signals, but hitting the brake and lighting up the dash is a new one. Any troubleshooting advice anyone could give me? Thanks in advance for the help!!!!

Just wanted to add that the brake lights do work, but when I hit the brakes, no only do the interior turn signal markers light up, but the exterior turn signal lights turn on too (front and rear). Hopefully someone will have some good advice. I'm at a loss.
