Horn problems!

Postby 99silverado15 [OP] » Aug 19 2012, 3:27am

Ok im not very good with electrical systems so im confused please help me. I have a 1999 silverado 1500. when ever both of my horns are hooked up, i will blow any size fuse. when i take the driver side horn out, the passenger side horn will make a weak sound but wont blow the fuse. but the driver side horn will work when hooked directly to the battery but makes a terrible sound. Do i just need to replace both the horns?
