My keyless entry stopped working a while ago, I tried to reprogram the remote.. didnt work. does anyone know where the transmitter is in the vehicle, I know its on the passeger side. I figure I would just replace with a Viper before I get a factory one from the dealer

Maybe the battery is dead in the transmitter?

Have you tried to disconnect your battery to see if that may "reset" the sytem?
Crap, my hampster fell off the wheel and it broke its leg.

yes i did, I know that the dealership will test the transmitter, but im not sure how much it will cost. I have looked up how to reprogram the remote and I have done it serveral times. no luck
