Radio doesn't work on Accessory

Postby jadams805 [OP] » Mar 22 2011, 1:02am

I bought my 04 used and the factory radio never has worked with the key on accessory. Is there a hidden fuse, I have checked the fuse panel and everything seems ok.

I believe there are 2 fuses for the radio.

Wait a minute. If the radio works with the key on, you shouldnt have a problem with the fuse. If accessory doesnt work at all, it could be an ignition switch problem. Is this a stock radio?

Are you using the correct key position for accessory?

all the way to the rear, past where you position the key to remove it. If I only turn it to off, the warning light stays lit

My owners man. shows the same positions. If I turn the key all the way to the rear, I can't remove the key, I can remove it on "B" position.
