I am assuming these are tail lights? Well, where do you buy them, or what is the manufacturer? Were they a complete tail light housing replacement or or just bulb replacement? Did you have to do custom wiring or did it use the stock plugs? Some problems with LED having a lower current draw is it made the signals blinks faster, like if you had a bulb out, a resistor has to put in place to correct this. Did you notice any of this or were the blinking correctly? You are specifying the turn signals, but are the break lights and reverse lights LED as well? If so are they working? Honestly the best thing you could do is use a current tester, take the light housing off and test each plug... if you are getting current to the plugs, then it is the lights. If you are having a problem getting current then you need to check the wires back to the fuse box. If at that point everything seems fine, AND ALL fuses have been tested and are good, you need to check you flasher module.
