Back when I was driving my Pontiac G6 I put DDM HIDs in with the relay harness, however lots of people on the forums were running their's without the harness and had no issues. If you dont want to buy it you dont have to. I just like it for the added protection for my ballasts :D

I ordered them from krypton bulbs, but ive been reading around and it seems like I will either need to buy that relay harness so they work with the DRL's without an issue. Or I can remove the DRL fuse and turn the headlights on manually. Am I right in saying this? Or will the ballasts still power up if I leave everything alone and hook them up without the relay and keep the fuse intact. I have HID lighting on my camaro and my quad already but none of those had DRL's everything was a straight forward plug an dplay.

If you want you can just get a couple rectifier diodes, go in your fuse box, and make it to where your DRLs are linked with your lowbeams, that way you have fulltime DRLs. You can get the diodes at Radio Shack for under $2.
