What should my engine rpm be reading when idling. Right now it is reading about 500 rpm when I am at the stop light is this normal. I just replaced my Throttle Position Sensor and just wanted to know if everything is ok.
Another question i wish to ask, my engine idles about 500 rpm on average. However it sometime drops below that as if the engine isn't on or about to stall out. Can this be explain? Am i still having an idle control problem?
So i just purchased a new iac valve about 2 years ago, not stalling out but giving me a high idle during driving. Do you think cleaning it with Mass Air Flow cleaner should fix my problem?
