Yeah i looked at that setup, but I already ordered and installed the other one. I plan to put a K&N filter on it, and ill prolly get one of those "pre-filter" things they're talking about, another concern I had was that there is a clear opening from the ground in front of the wheel well up to the air filter, this was a cause for concern to me because, I was afraid water would get into the filter through there, but I think i have a solution for this as well. Planning on cutting a piece of rubber mat to fit the size of the hole and placing it under the filter, securing it with the factory bolts that were not used with the new heat shield, in such a way as to prevent water from being sprayed up into the filter area.

You want an intake with a plastic tube, the aluminum tube will hold heat and change where the powerband is due to heat soak, my vote is K&N FIPK.

Save your money and buy a k&n drop in filter... Your stock airbox is good to 400 horse and if you live somewhere where you are gonna experience winter a c.a.i. Will cause you problems... I already learned the hard way...
