Hi
Everyone I have a 2005 Chevy Sierra 1500 4x4, The power steering pump cooler rusted out, so I bypassed it and the power steering does not work, the truck does not turn, ANY IDEAS. :?

Are you sure you didn't just bypass everything, including the box? It sounds like you bypassed it right back to the pump (I am assuming you did refill it after you lost fluid).

I connected the inlet and outlet hose to the cooler and the fluid is full of new fluid.

Maybe you have an obstruction in one of the lines from some rust that broke off.
