I had cherry bomb vortex's on my 6.0 and they had a good rumble to them but not extremely loud which is why i switched mufflers...what is your pipe set up like now that will help decide how to but mufflers whether si/so or another type

I had an 04 2500hd and if its set up like mine you should have duals to the muffler then a single out if i was you i would run 2 si/so mufflers and make it true duals

dual straight pipe (no muffler) sounds clean like it should with an aftermarket and dosnt have a rasp or pop noise like the older style straight piped good luck also its a good idea to youtube your truck so you can hear either plenty of people post there new sounds

Right its an 07 with duals to the muffler then to single out, is there an advantage or sound difference between running the dual si/so muffler's over just running straight duals with no muffler's??

Well in most places if not all no mufflers make it illegal and it would make it loud if you want loud and legal just do single chamber mufflers

Well i know here in missouri we are supposed to have muffler's or something of that nature, on my ford i used to have i had true duels no muffler's but i had 12" hollowed glass packs so that it would pass inspection! Either way im putting a muffler on the truck i just didnt know if i should run two or just on single with dual out's! I want to hear the truck but i dont want to piss the neighbors off due to me leaving at 3AM sometimes and i dont want the drone in the cab!! Thanks for all the input guys!!
