I can't be for sure, but I believe I had Gibson Headers on my 2000 that I put on the 2005 once I totaled the '00. Wasn't 'exact' fit, but close enough to work. I do remember quite a difference between the stock exhaust manifold and the headers. I'd be willing to try it on my 2009 if I had a friend with a shop that I could use for a couple of hours. The increase in power (no dyno) was promised as 25-40 hp. I'm sure it was in that range cuz that was the fastest 4x4 I have ever been in once those were in. They complimented the HyperTech chip, cold air intake, and cold thermostat rather well...Icing on the cake for all practical purposes!

I just bought BBK Ceramics for my 4.8l. Once I put them on, I'll let you know how they perform. They look pretty stout and well built.

LPP long tubes. They're $550 shipped and made of 304 stainless steel. They never rust and are hands down the best headers for the money. LPParts.com

check out pacesetter long tube headers on summit racing. they are by far the cheapest and have the slots for emissions equipped vehicles and come with gaskets. you can get headers and a y pipe that eliminates cats for the price of other headers alone
