Excellent job with the videos!
I have the Dynomax Turbo on my '07, medium drone at 2-3k in the low gears, after that just great sound even at highway speeds

Update: I found that part number for that Flowmaster muffler. Part number 943047. I picked mine up special order through AutoZone, it was cheaper than ordering it direct from Flowmaster.

Thanks Hevyrockerdk!

With your first post, I had enought to find the part number.

I'll check with my local dealer, because direct from Flowmaster, the shipping is way too expensive ( I'm in Canada!!!)

Not a problem! I think you'll love the way it sounds, especially if you're looking for a deep throaty sound, nice WOT scream, and not a whole lot of drone for longer trips. I'm happy with mine, I just want to go with a dual exit one of these days. I'm thinking I might keep the same series, though.

Heres my 07 4.8L stock cats and piping with 18" glasspack with 3" core and a 4" tip. Took care of all the packing prior to install.
Video is by phone that was in garage so sound is not quite the same. Let me know what yall think.

Idle, 2k rpm, 3k rpm, and (2) 4k rpm revs

Click pic to play.

Had a Magnaflow muffler put in place of the stock muffler on Monday. The video isn't even close to accurate, but its the best I could get.

Drone is little to none and only when in 4 cylinder mode. Performance gains were noticeable. I've just been driving it as normal and seem to be seeing gains in fuel economy, but no hard data on that yet.

Hey great idea to put a collage of information on various types and makes of exhaust, as that is part which tends to get modified a lot and hence there are many questions being asked about them. And it is also helpful for a novice to get all the information accumulated from a single page post.
