Backup Light Supplements 2017 Silverado Crewcab

Factory backup lights too dim, looking for something to put in receiver

if you want something stock and don't mind spending some money get some of the new tow mirrors with the spot lights on them. They work great and you get the benefit of a tow mirror. I didn't like the looks of them when I bought my truck but wouldn't be without them now.

I can see that they would be a great upgrade. Thanks for the suggestion.

I think they make an aftermarket version that's substancially cheaper than oem ones.

I will do some looking around. I tow a 20' TT and the stock mirrors are lousy.

I had the same problem with my windows being tinted. Even before the stock reverse lights were crappy. These are what you want. The JDM brand has been really good for me I have had their led bulbs for years and no problems.
The guy that posted the other set of JDM led lights are nice too but i can vouch for these. 100x better & Brighter then stock .

I also installed some flush mount rigid industries flood lights in my bumper and put them on a toggle switch. Those mainly get used for people ridding my a$$. Those are way to bright to hook up/come on with the reverse lights. They are really nice at night if you need utility light also.

I did the exact same thing on my truck. $25 and two hours, problem solved. Plenty of light back there now.
