Did you try adjusting the tension on the cover. I have the same cover and mine adjusts with an allen wrench inserted into the front corner mounts that tightens the cover to keep it from flaping in the breeze. maybe your dealer can get you the paper that comes with a new truck to explain the procedure for this adjustment.

I have the same cover on the truck I just bought and it seems there are latches for the last section to clip down against the tailgate. Well these latches seem to be broken, is there anywhere to purchase just the latches?
