How to remove front bumper to paint plastic top?

How do i remove the front bumper. I painted my grill and now the plastic cap on the bumper looks extremely dull. Any help?

You have to take the grill out to get to two of the 15mm head bolts that go through the bumper and then into the frame. Next you have to remove the two 15mm head bolts on each side of the truck that attach the outside bumper bracket to the frame. Then you have two more 15mm head bolts that go up from undernieth the bumper and into the frame. Of course, if you have fog lights you will want to disconnect their connectors first.
