New headlights and HIDs!

New headlights and HIDs!

Postby carsonhowe22 [OP] » Jan 05 2012, 3:07am

Just put in my brand new smoked headlights, red invisible bulbs for my signal/running lights, and 5000K 35W HIDs from Custom HID. So far it's a great kit. The picture makes it look a little blue, but in all actuality it's just white. The brand new headlights with the HIDs look SICK, the picture does it no justice! What do you guys think?

Looks good, but I would be really afraid of those red bulbs. I know in Ohio it's illegal to run blue or red bulbs, something about impersonating a police cruiser.

New headlights and HIDs!

Cops are pretty chill about that where I live. As long as they're not flashing or attracting attention.

Glad you said the HID's are 5,000k. They do look blue in the picture. I have the same ones, and I love that they are clear bright white.

looks similar to the setup i had on my dodge dakota years ago except i had red LEDS for my runners and signals. Cops never said a word around here. I had 5k pure white hid's and matching red leds in the interior so it looked real sharp.
