Hi,
I went and washed my truck yesterday. And I got home and noticed a good section of my trucks hood has a good size scuff/multi scratches on it

Kind of like there was a box or something on my hood and got slid off and not picked up. Not Done By Me. I can post a pic if need be, but how can I get this out? Does it matter how deep the scuffs are? They don't look like they went to primer but enough to say, WHAT!.

Thanks for any input on this subject. I also have a orbital buffer if it can help.

A picture would be very helpfull in deciding what level of repair is needed (buffing, clay, compunds, paint repair etc.).

My bet is that a good wax job and some buffing will help that a lot. Doesn't look like it's very deep at all.

I agree, it looks like you should be able to buff it out.
