I was just wondering of anyone else gets a little rattle when shutting your door. It sounds like it's coming from right under the cab. I looked but couldn't find it. I'm a little curious and maybe concerned since I just bought my truck 2 weeks ago. I think it shouldn't rattle at all right? Or am I exaggerating? If anyone knows what it is or happens to anyone else please let me know because it is very annoying to me. Thanks

if it is underneath the truck there is a vinyl sticker on the gas tank that is probly half peeled off and making the noise when it rubs against the plastic fuel tank protector. if inside the door then pull the panel and there is a metal tab that needs to be removed and spread wider to make it fit tighter in the door.

Sorry but I'm bringing this up again. This is driving me nuts. The rattle!!!! I guess I didn't notice it before because its starting to get cold and I'm warming her up now but it rattles even when idling. I looked underneath and couldn't find anything obvious. It is driving me insane!! Please if anyone knows what it could be please enlighten me.

if you can't find it and if it does it all the time bring it to the dealer, its under warranty.
