One thing I like about the salt is after a car wash it just reminds you how awesome looking your truck is. Truck wash my buddy works at closes after -20 celcius. Stopped one day as it was dry and the roads were to slushy anymore. Got her washed up with some nice hot water and soap and pressure washer. My chrome clad rims just sparkled.

Felt out of place in my city of 100 000 as I was the only clean vehicle I've seen all winter. I try to go when I get back home from working away and living in camp. Just don't like leaving it for long. Can't wait for waxing season. Wish I had a garage.

Nothing compared to you cold weather vets but for a GA boy this is foreign to me. It looks way worse than the pics show, this was just after the first night. Still though, I want to wash it off first chance I get. I paid a good bit getting it shined up, then two days later I end up with this.

Needless to say, the salt is a bit camouflaged on the summit white....but I said it.
