What is the diffrance between summit white and just plain old white??

is my truck summit white??

There are several colors of white. I know of Summit White, Olympic White, and Diamond White. Some say Olympic and Summit are the same, others say that Olympic has a slightly bluish tint to it.

I know the diamond white is a very rich looking finish...the clear coat looks very deep. I have seen it on several Acadia Denali's and I love it.

Summit White is great, because it does not show dirt.

2004...I think that is summit white.

what size tires/wheels are those? do they rub?

Just a suggestion.. next time your near your local autobody shop or autobody supply store. Get them to look in your glove box and get your paint code and they can tell you which white is on your truck.

White Diamond is a 3-stage paint, base coat, tint coat and clear coat. All others are base coat and clear coat. 3-stage paints are hard to color match

White diamond has pearl metallic tint coat. It is almost always a extra cost premium paint. On the Cadillac its $995 option. In some light conditions it will appear to have a pink hue (diamond) and some think the paint is defective because of the changing hues to the color. White Diamond has been around for many years on the Cadillac and Olds. Neighbor has an Olds Aurora in White Diamond. White Diamond is a very popular color on the Cadillac,

Btw - My CTS4 has "Blue Diamond" which is the same type paint in a blue and it the sun it really stands out, $995 option. You might be able to tell the change in color in the 2 pics. inside vs outside. But pcis never do justice to the color

They are stock GMC 20 inc rims the tires are P275/55R20 and no they do not rub
