I'm thinking some Formula 409 (maybe diluted a little) for cleaning then using some Maguires "natural' or low sheen vinyl protectant if you don't want the "wet look" or Armour All et.al. if you do.

I just use the same stuff I wash my truck with (Meguiar's Gold Class wash). If it's really dirty, maybe a little Simple Green, diluted 50% with water.
Follow it up with Meguiar's Vinyl protectant. The new stuff even has a UV protector, almost like a sunscreen.

If you have a soft vinyl cover do not use armorall it will damage it. The warrantee on mine is voided if I use that or similar silicone based product. Apparently it dries it out in the long run and causes it to crack. Regular car washing soaps for cleaning the bird bombs and other nasties then use your favorite tonnuae cover cleaner or vinyl convertible top cleaner. 303 is very popular as is ragg top. I am currently using ragg top and I am happy with the results, but for the price it doesn't last long enough for my cheap self.

Hi, I use Tonno Tonic, it says it cleans and keeps that new look, and up to now it looks amazing. It costs $9.95 for the bottle and it goes a long way, I hope this helps
