I neglected to read page two of this post. Being it the second day of owning my 08 1500 Ext Cab 5.3 LTZ I couldn't wait to do this... anybody need any diodes. Anyway I attached a couple of pictures of the 08 Fuse box and Fuse Table if anyone thinks this can be done. Or maybe I just need to keep reading. Like Jeeps Unlimited did for nearly 10 years this website is going to cost me thousands. Looks like a great place to learn way too much about my new truck. Sorry if I didn't read up before posting.. FNG.

Check out this write up Chas did. I did it on my '07 NNBS and worked like a charm. Only thing I did different was take the red wire to the low beam so they're always on with DRLs/Low and High beam.

^The one pictured on page one and 2. 85 pin from low and fog light relay to 85 pin on high beam relay.

I've got to thank you guys a ton. I've wanted to do this mod once I got all 6 lights in HID, very quick mod and very very worth it if you do any kind of night time driving.

Thanks!!!

This mod did not work for me today. Idk if I bought faulty/damaged diodes or what was happening but all my lights came on and would not go off. I disconnected everything I did and tried it again and that time nothing came on? Im going to try a way that my brother did it to his 2012 Colorado and hopefully that will work.

Is it possible to link parking/signal lights with DRLs?

Thanks LBZDMAX!!! Just did this very simple mod and it went very well. Very pleased. Great post. I have been wanting to do this and when I last researched it I only found that you had to buy a very expensive switch. But for only $1.19, Alaskan surcharge, I now have six way highs. The hardest part was making it to Radio Shack during they're business hours. Thanks again.

I know this post is old but I was wondering what i need to do to just have the fogs come on at night with the low beams . I don't wanna run them all day and don't care if for them to be on when the hi-beams are on.
