does it smell? Could be windshield or firewall. Could water be coming up from underneath?

Check the firewall near your master cylinder. Also, look at the vents in front of the windshield for rust thru.

It's the windshield if it has been raining where you live.

Also, turn on the AC and see if water is draining outside the vehicle. If not, the drain tube could be stopped up and leaking in the floor.

In an old ford dually I had, the windshield leaked right at the top middle... Didn't realize that is where the water was leaking at first, and didn't fully figure it out until it killed my new stereo that I had just put in.

if there is any smell or oily feel to the water do a pressure/vacuum test on your coolent system
if the water is clear and/or you think your windows fog up a little too quickly, do the following.

the chiltons manual has a really good picture of this but open your hood and look/feel behind the a/c accumulator near the bottom you will find a black drain tube(this is where moister from the a/c drains) once you find the tube you can either blow some air into it or run a small wire up it to clear any dirt so that it will drain properly.

without looking at you truck some other things i can think of are yes the windshield could be leaking if you just had it replaced or damaged, the door gasket could be out of position, of the heatercore could be leaking which you will find if you do a pressure test, i suggest doing a vacuum test before a pressure test.

I'd bet it is the windshield leaking. Try having someone hose it down while you are inside looking for leaks.
