When you get behind the thing you unplug the wires and there is a collar you unscrew. Then the collar goes out the bottom and the housing goes up through the top. (I'm pretty sure - I haven't done one on a 2005)

Thanks Gordon, but being a newbie, I didn't frame my question correctly. My problem was I did not know how to gain access to the outlets. But I discovered there are two little clips, one on either side of the trim that holds the outlets in the center console. A small screwdriver gently inserted about midway on both sides and the trim pops out, allowing access to both cigar and accessory port.
Thanks again!!!
