Whats up, the light comes on when you unbuckle pass side to move about while underway. The light will go out but comes back on. Is there more to happen

What i am trying to say is there a way to reset the warning , a way to trouble shoot to find a cause. Is there any real danger to use the truck with Dash light on. Thanks for advise

Wear your seatbelt. Make your passenger wear their seatbelt. Problem solved.

Are you hearing this alert when you have no passenger?

Yes it stays on when someone is riding with you or when someone isn't riding with you? Are they buckled in or not buckled in? Is it the buckle seatbelt light coming on? Specifics help.

Gotcha. So normally the lights goes away after they buckle in. Sometimes I've seen it take a few seconds but I've never seen it just stay on passenger or no passenger.

Something is going on. It's not a major issue though. You can still drive normally with that light on.

Re: Dash light warning

Check wiring under the seat to see if the connector is making good contact. Had a passenger one time be able to kick it under my older truck and caused the seat belt reminder to come on.
Thank you
