So, until then I wanted to tell you that my back door on the passenger side of my Extended Cab rattles normally on rougher roads but if you reach to the top of the plastic trim around the door you will see how easy it is to pull it away from the door.
I took mine to the dealer and they first tried to tell me thats normal. UH, NO....wrong answer dude.
I told them to send it to the body repair guys and they said the clips were to small so they put oversized clips on it and they said it waa hard to clip back in but now it's quiet.
SO, Don't go straight for the idea of adjusting the latch hook or messing with the seat belts. Although I would like to know what the clips on the side of the seat is for?

After years of this i actually pushed some towels in the bottom of the door where it meets the cab then pushed on the door real hard to tweak the door to where i could shut it normally again...
