mystery water leak

Postby snakeblack8 [OP] » Jul 07 2012, 4:51pm

a week ago i was clean my truck and the floor was sobbing wet, so i took every thing out of my truck liner, seats, panels u name it. there was some rust on the divers side which i fixed. the problem now is i cant find the leak any where but water still getting in. i tryed making some one sit in the car when i hose it down they couldn't find or see anything. im thinking water is going over the weatherstripping on bottom of door some how on the drives side door and there is a lot coming in. could weather stripping be an issue here

i cant put anything back in until i find the leak

does any one have any ideas or places to look to find or fix this leak

thanks

Ide suspect the cowl leaking, I have never personally experienced this issue but I have read about it. Some members here have dealt with it... so i will assume you will get a more involved answer shortly... But ide search here or research google for the cowl leaks and see if this fits your symptoms...

Check to be sure it is not the AC drain line causing the water in the cab
