Spray hinge with a little lithium grease. If that stops it, you may have bad pin and bushings on hinges. Easy replace, you can do with door on. Do one hinge at a time, support door with jack. Pin and bushings are pretty cheap.
Hope this hepls you.

silverado door squeak

A little WD-40 and some duck tape should fix it right up.

Sorry about the sarcastic humor. Unfortunately I can't offer any real solution other than spray some lube on it and go with na8rboy's advice.

Like they say, if it should move, and it doesn't, just use a little lube :D!

Conversely, if it moves, and it shouldn't, use duct tape :D!

I would also make sure that the front of the door panel is not rubbing against the rear of the fender because the gap is to tight.

It could also be the door check. These are used to control the opening of your door. They are located between the door hinges. The easiest way to debug is to remove them. If the squeak goes away then you've found the problem. To access you need to remove the interior door trim. From there they are easy to remove.
I had the same problem in my '01.
GM part #15173407. I first tried spraying them but it didn't work.
They are about $35 plus shipping at gmpartsdirect.com
