was wondering if anyone has removed the 2 pieces that surround the horn/airbag? mine are peeling and it looks like they might pop off, but i dont want to get ko'd be the airbag :lol:

hey glad you posted this, a week after i bought mine, my steering wheel started peeling, im starting to like this site more and more, now once you got the steerwheel pieces off what did you do to remove the peeling rubberish substance so you didnt hurt teh color below, ( below my peeling is the same color as my other trim that brushed nickel or chrome finish). and do you know was this done by the dealer or could have been an aftermarket thing, i can show a pic if that would help, thanks for your time Logan
