what happens if i dont fix my blendor actuator?

its clicking when ever i have the truck on

a/c works fine

anything bad if i leave it clicking for long time?

If it's clicking I'd say it's not the actuator itself. It sounds more like you have a broken blend door or it's linkage. I think the worst it would do is ruin the actuator and if it pulls enough current, ruin the switch on the dash. It probably won't hurt anything since it is already broken/stripped.
