Good waste of a classic muscle car imo. Either restore it back stock or hot rod it some but dont do both like that. I would rather see one stripped and tubed into a full out drag car than see a waste of time and money that thing is
If you read the article, 4 of State Farm's guys built it from the ground up, and are now using it as an example to show that the value of a classic like that isn't the same for everyone.
It does run and drive, but not well, as the wheels and wheel components aren't symmetrical. I wouldn't do it personally, but it's amazing what some ingenuity can come up with.
