my radio is shot so i found one looks and connectors are looking the same. But its out of a Trailblazer will it work? I know it will have to be programed

Ya it should work as long as its from a 2003 to 2006. But it will have to be flashed to your truck.
Buying things I don't need to impress people I don't know.
