I don't have any experience with that particular unit but I do love the large ?double DIN? size head units.

My favorite place to purchase mobile electronics is crutchfield.com Their head units always come with the kit and harness and everything you need to install them including instructions. Good luck!

I've not seen this unit before. The best place for quality products and services is crutchfield.com. By far one of the best electronics places you can buy from.

Especially since crutchfield gives you all the installation stuff you need. But I must say that stereo is jaw dropping.

From personal experience, I also like Crutchfield, however, they DO NOT provide the harness for newer GM trucks (2007-2012). It will be a component that you will have to buy separate from them for $200 plus shipping. The only things they'll include are the antenna adapter and the double din install kit. NO HARNESS

Check it out:

Not to mention that you're still gonna have to fork over another $75 to retain your steering controls.

I too am looking at a double DIN unit from Pioneer but crutchfield says I have to cut out the rear support from the dashboard for this unit to fit. Not sure I want to cut anything from my truck for a radio. Any thoughts or suggestions?

crutchfield gets mentioned alot because they have great deals, quality products & awesome customer service! I ordered my Kicker amp & Polk Audio subs from them recently. I lucked out & saved $90 on my subs because they were running a buy one get one free deal on them. After my amp & subs had already shipped...hell, they were already at my house, I was looking for an amp wiring kit so I went back to their site to see how big of a fuse I needed for the amp. I realized while looking at the page that I missed out on a 50% off deal for buying a wiring kit with purchase of a qualifying amp which mine was. I called their customer service & asked if there was any chance I could still take advantage of the deal even though my stuff had already shipped. They not only let me take advantage of the deal, I told them what kit I wanted & they ordered it for me & added it to my original order, it shipped the same day I talked to them :D Can't beat that! All total I saved $130 on my purchase
