Hey everyone, I'm very happy to have found the forum! I'm from Tampa, FL but I have been bouncing around South Florida for 5 years now. I'm down in Delray Beach at the moment after stops in Hialeah (and i can't speak spanish lmao - Wiki hialeah if you don't know why thats funny), and a few different towns in Broward County.

FINALLY I'm back to a GM truck. My first real vehicle purchase when I was 20 was a 99 GMC Sierra Sport Regular Cab. For some reason I went ahead and traded that for a 2002 F150 extended Cab. 2 full transmissions in 48k miles later I traded that for a 2007 Chevy Tahoe lease. As nice as Tahoe's are, I seriously missed having a pickup.

Now as of 6pm Sunday I am back to GM and pickups with:

2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT Extended Cab 4 x 2 in Blue Granite Metallic. First vehicle i've driven regularly that hasn't been Red, Black, or White and I'm loving the color.

The only one great thing about owning the F-150 was the online community at F150online. So, I'm hoping to enjoy a similar or even better community experience here at SilveradoSierra.com.

Oh yeah, and I'm a diehard Miami Hurricanes fanatic

Thanks GMman. Something funny. There is a guy on the Miami Hurricanes Rival site who lives in Arkansas and he painted a giant Miami Hurricanes logo on his lawn during football season lol. You can even see it if you zoom in on Google Maps.
