New Chevy Owner

Hey guys, new Chevy owner and member here. Although I'm new to Chevy, the truck is used...2007 Silverado LT Crew Cab, Greystone Metallic, 4.8L. The people who owned it before put brand new BF Goodrich All Terrain's on it before trading it in, so I got lucky on that! Besides that, the truck is bone stock.

Let the mod's begin! Thanks to all in advance for answering my future newbie questions.
