Welcome to the site. That's a good Wife. I bet it will get good mileage with air dam so close to ground and getting under hood is easy too. I gotta stand on a turned tire or step stool to check oil or dump catch can so being low does have it's perks.

holy ****. 4/7 or a 5/9 drop. Make sure to get us pictures of the front and rear suspension and definitely the rear frame. Im surprised, Michigan and Lowered usually ain't 2 words you see in the same sentence. Welcome to the site. Majority of the guys here are lifted, leveled, or stock, but we do have members that is lowered also. Good looking truck

Welcome Gatorschevy.
Great looking truck. Now save some pennies, and put some 18's with some nice wide rubber on there. :)
I just recently (6 months ago) went from all lowered trucks, to a 4wd truck, that I at least plan to level.

My latest slammed truck was an '01 that I just sold over a month ago. It had a 4-6 drop, with bagged suspension.

A bit of advice. Watch that front suspension. When I replaced my lower A arm bushings and ball joints, I went with off set bushings (center is shape of an egg) because as the suspension ages, it will sag, and cause you to have the dirt track racing car look. The '01 was my 3rd. lowered Chevy truck, and 6th lowered GM vehicle. I've not known anything less than lowered, until last December. Let me know if you have any questions, and I'll do what I can to help you.

Easier for the grandkids to get in the truck.
My oldest daughter is constantly asking me to get nerf bars or running boards to get into my new truck.
