News of Chevrolet Silverado Manuals

I picked up a Chevy Silverado Ls $X$ with a 5.3L and all pwr accessories.
I'm not sure if it has the remote starter feature, how do I figure out if this is in fact an option on this vehicle?

Looking for a 2000 siverado service manual. Is there anywhere free to look up build sheets?

I'm looking for a downloadable version for the 1995 Silverado 4x4.
I see the forum website data base covers back to 1999, but would the 1995 edition be available too??
