I have 03 2500HD (Chevy) 2wd. Im getting 17" wheels with 265/70-17 Michelin LTX A/T 2's. I will be towing a 6,000lb boat once in a while but have a 60 mile roundtrip to work everyday. What tire pressure would be reccomended for hauling and then not hauling? I am interested in putting 275/75R16 on my truck. I have 265/75R16 on the truck now. They aren't drastically larger but what kind of mpg drop should I expect?
This topic has been discussed at length on the forum and several different ways were suggested on how to by pass or disable the TPSM system so you dont have that annoying light on your dash. Well here is the solution I used, which several here have recommended, that works great and is cheap.

Finally bit the bullet and bought some trail grapplers. 285/65/18. Makes the truck look completely different! First couple pics are with factory and then the others are with new tires. Yes, it's dirty in the last couple pictures :(
I just picked up a 2004 1500 Regular cab Z71. I was going to drop the spare tire and lube up the hoist system. The problem is that when I put my key into the hoist lock I cannot unlock it. Is the ignition key the correct key for this or is there suppose to be a different key for it?
