IndegoBlue and scooter06, I seem to be right in the middle of you guys here in CT. Which is a plus for the area I am thinking of. I have a stock truck as well for now and have been all over this area I am talking about hunting and hiking. It's not a big place (unless we venture onto no trespassing state land like the quads lol) Got some hills (maybe 45+ deg.) some mud and some rocks. But it really is a dirt road with splits and branches to no where that is never taken care of and it is on a horse farm. I will not forget about you guys and this activity. But I will need some time to hit the owner up at the right time . We could also maybe blast off some rounds if your into shooting

I got some recent info on an off road area in Mid CT. Just incase the buddy of mine says no 4x4's on the farm (he is currently out of state buying horses and it's hard to keep up with him). I am going to go and check out these two other spots (if you want to know where and look for yourselves PM me) soon as my truck in wanting to have some fun. Keep you all posted.

The two areas for off-roading I was going to look into has been closed. I hate it when other people ruin stuff for the good guys. I looked like a very nice place (both of them) but now have jersey barriers there and no way in. Trash everywhere like it is a dumping ground and says "no trespassing". Funny how most other states have nice folks that off road. here in CT, they are shutting everything down that I used to ride my dirt bikes in when much younger. Oh well, keep my head up and realize I didn't have to break anything on my truck to have some fun.lol
