While this would be a pretty cool idea, I'm not sure it would work. I think there's gonna be too big of a gap on the bottom corners of the grille, since the K2XX grille doesn't get narrower towards the bottom like the NBS does. Would be pretty cool to see though. The measurements you are really concerned with are those type of measurements and not really the mounting measurements, since mounts can always be custom made. Would be pretty cool to see though. Not a lot of K2XX HD trucks on here though.

I looked up the dimensions, a 2004 silverado is 80" wide and a 2015 sierra is 80-81" wide so the bumper should fit and not overlap the body and look wonky. I think the hardest part is going to be shaving the upper bumper caps to fit.

I can measure my dads 15 denali HD bumper, just let me know if you need any other measurements. I don't know if the denali is different than the sierra though.

That would be cool if you could! I just need that small dip on the bumper measured, from dip to dip.

I used a chevy bumper because it had a similar angle to the OG picture you posted. I also colored matched the light dividers to tie everything together a little better.

The lines don't really match up i had to do some filling and stretching to make it kinda fit the angle is a little off still.

Sorry it took forever, 41.5 inches on the bottom, 50.5 inches on the top and it is 4 inches tall if that makes sense. I was looking at my 03 Silverado and my Dad's 15 Denali next to each other and it didn't look like they would line up easily
