I know you said you did a rotate and balance but it sure sounds like a bad tire to me, but that should've shown up on the balance machine if they did it right... I'd be tempted to take it somewhere else and do the B & R again. You could closely inspect the inner and outer sidewalls and look for any bumps. Did it start suddenly or gradually get worse?

I would suspect a bad tire too, a tire that has a high spot. No tires is a 100% perfect circle and some can be very bad. Have you swapped both front tires to the rear? If not, I would do that and see what happens.

When you go in for a balance, watch them on the balance machine. Sometimes if a tire has a bad spot they just let 'er go, even if they can't balance it. Have them spin a tire on the rim 90°, 180°, or 270° to make sure that a bad spot can be balanced against the heavy or light spot on a wheel.

Sounds like you have a bad tire. Sometimes the cords in a tire can get "pulled" from hitting potholes or other objects. This will cause a tire to pull, vibrate, etc. I had new tires on my old Dodge a few years ago, I went over a curb slowly to back my trailer next to my garage and it caused a pull in the tire. They couldn't get the tire to balance after that, so they put a new tire on under the warranty I had bought.

I had Walmart do the rotation an balance It hasnt gotten worse it just started and has stayed the samE
Please take it to a Discount Tire they will treat you right. They can do a rotation and balance for you for free and inspect your tires for any defects inside and out. Just go up there tell them what is going on and they will take it from there. They know tires and value customer service. Walmart does not do this at all they could care less about what they put their customers on the road with. Just please go do this before you go buying expensive parts that might not even help the problem. Start here so you can cancel out that it is not your tire(s).
