What is the biggest tire I can go with on the stock rims? 285/70's? I bought a BDS 2 inch leveling kit to hold me over for now until I can afford a big lift kit.

i have 285/70/17 on my truck before i install a leveling kit, so you will have no problem with that size tire on stock rims. im installing a leveling kit on my truck and i should be able to fit a 33 no problem but at the end of the day it will all come down to what offset you have if aftermarket rims. they might rub if your tires stick out a good bit, but you will definetly be fine with a 285/70/17 brother.

I run 285/70/17 on my truck before I put the 2" leveling kit in on stock rims. this tire is equivalant to a 32.7'" tire. When I change to aftermarket wheel I had a little rubbing in the back of the wheel well on the left side. But was fine with stock rims

i gt a k&n on my 07 and i dont really notice i difference of anything the truck is to heavy to notice a power gain from it and fuel never lasts long under my foot haha. but yeah n stock rims you should be able to fit a 33" tire probably even on aftermarket depending pn the offest again its all going to boil down to that. i have after market rims on my truck but they are the same size as stock. dunno why the guy i bought it off of did that but he did so they are skinny tires. for me i think ill go with a bit shorter tire and wider to make it look a little meaner from all angles but we will see tires are not cheap! haha i would be stopping at a local tire shop when ready to buy tires mount one on a rim and see if that tire size fits its the only way your going to know

what kinda throttle body spacer did you get im looking into one. actually i really am looking into making my truck rev faster when you hit the gas in neutral or park, it takes it good ole time reving up

I have a 2in leveling kit on my 08 4x4 and have had 325 60 18 nitto grapplers for 40k miles. Slight rub on full flex but doesn't bother me or the truck. These are roughly 33.2 inches tall by 13.3 inch wide and I get tons of positive press by others who see the truck. About to buy new grapplers and considering 35 x12.5, gaining a little height by giving up a little width. May call for a bit of wheel well trimming. Anyone tried this size tire in this application before?

hey everybody, I just got a 2012 sierra body color all terrain with the OEM 20's. I had a 2.25 leveling kit installed and I'm trying to see how big I can go on these stock wheels without rubbing. would like to run a 305/55/20 but afraid they wont fit. anybody run a set up like this and know what will fit?
