Thank You.. I also found this out on another site. left gap at 40.. some of the platinum plugs I removed were gapped to way over 60 could almost put an 80 in some of them. With the new wires also replaced I hope this will help with my loss ...
Went well! It was just me and Kyle out there, but we met another guy that wants to bring out his Avy next time. There were about 50-60 cars there but a lot that came and went. I think total there were about 80 cars. Really hope to see more of you guys ...

I don't think the noise I am hearing will cause any damage if you drive it as long as the oil pressure is good. I'd get another filter and try it. You don't have to change the oil, just the filter. If I am going to replace just the filter, how much oil is gonna come out when you unscrew ...

My dads truck is an 09 with the 5.3 afm. He just hit 100k. He did have the lifters (I think) at like 20k due to the engine shuddering like crazy. But after that its ran like a champ. Does use a little oil but not bad. Hell, another 56k and hes caught up to my 95.
